Volunteers are essential to the success of our sale and we appreciate each and every one of our volunteers. Sign up to volunteer and receive terrific shopping benefits & consignor rates! You do not have to consign to volunteer at the sale.
VOLUNTEER OPTIONS
OPTION 1 - SHOP FIRST & EARN MORE!
Requirements:
Minimum of 8 hours volunteered throughout the course of the sale. **Of these volunteer hours 5 must be completed during breakdown which will be Saturday, August 28th, 3:00 to 8:00 pm. Your other 3 hours can be completed anytime during the sale.

~Early Pre-Sale Shopping - Monday, August 23rd, 3-7 pm
~Early HALF-OFF Shopping - Friday, August 27th, 3-7 pm
~Volunteer Appreciation Hour - Saturday, August 28th, 2:00 to 2:30 pm SHOP AFTER THE SALE ENDS FOR AN ADDITIONAL DISCOUNT ON ALL ITEMS!
***If you are volunteering but not consigning you are required to work a shift during setup--August 19th, 20th, 21st or 22nd to receive an early shopping pass.
***Volunteers help make our sale a success! Any consignor who does not show up for their volunteer shift will receive 50% of their sales.
VOLUNTEER JOB DESCRIPTIONS
SET UP: Join us to set up the sale. We get a great workout as we set-up racks and tables and prepare for check in. Dress casual. Some lifting required. Great time for husbands to volunteer.
CHECK IN: See what everyone is dropping off. Assist consignors in drop off, inspection of items & placing in appropriate area. You may also drop off your items to save time. (Presale Shopping NOT allowed.)
ORGANIZE THE SALE: Do you love to organize? Join us as we organize and set-up the sale.
SALES FLOOR ASSISTANT: Help keep the sale organized while also assisting shoppers.
SATURDAY NIGHT SORT: Sorting after the sale is where we have the biggest need for volunteers. We sort consigners items after the sale to provide ease and efficiency for our consignors during pick-up time. Join us during sorting and enjoy pizza, snacks & some good girlfriend time.
SUNDAY TEAR DOWN: Assist consignors as they pick up unsold items. Help us tear down the racks and pack up the sale. Great time for husbands to volunteer.
